ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and FUTURE CLASSICS© shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us.
We will acknowledge all orders as quickly as possible via e-mail to the address submitted by you but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the requested items in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
In the event that items ordered are out of stock, subject to delay, or are available at a price higher than that shown on your order, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing an order.
PRICING
All prices shown are in pound sterling inclusive of VAT but excluding any locally payable taxes associated with purchase and shipping costs - which are then displayed in the summary page of the shopping cart.
UK VAT is applied @ 20% to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom to UK and EEC customers, but will be deducted from your order if you are an international customer.
PLEASE NOTE: US CUSTOMERS - customs charges and duty at a minimum of 15% will be applied to your order by US customs on arrival. Please read SHIPPING & RETURNS for more details before ordering.
As above, International shipping prices do not include any taxes or duties that items may be subject to upon arrival in the buyer's country of residence.
For customers whose credit or debit cards are not in pound sterling, the final price will be contingent upon the applicable exchange rate at the date/time your credit or debit card company processes the transaction.
PAYMENT
Currently the website accepts payment via SagePay, which processes all major debit and credit cards, including MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS with secure online payment.

All payments are subject to validations checks and authorisation by your card issuer.
In the instance that your card issuer does not authorise payment, FUTURE CLASSICS© accepts no responsibility for the delay or non-delivery of items.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Once we have received your order, we aim to deliver it to the recipient and location of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We will e-mail confirmation of your order upon dispatch with a tracking number where applicable for you to check the progress of your delivery. Details will be issued with your order confirmation.
The shipping costs include insurance during transit. All items must be signed for.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items - which can take longer. We will contact you and let you know if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. For shipping rates, please see SHIPPING & RETURNS section.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our despatch date.
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us at sales@futureclassicsfashion.com.
You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will only be accepted at our discretion.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
