IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Please note, as above, goods are sold to you in UK net of tax (20%). When your goods arrive in the US, tax and duty charges will be levied on your delivery by US government customs, at approximately 20% + locally payable taxes. Please bear this in mind when ordering, as once goods have left the UK they become sole responsibility of purchaser who is then liable for all applicable carriage and customs charges.
INSURANCE We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility.
Taxes & Duties – UK & INTERNATIONAL Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. UK VAT @20% is applicable to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom to UK and EEC customers.Rest of world deliveries, outside the EEC, are shipped net of tax, and therefore this will be charged by your own government once the goods enter your country of receipt. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be - but it will usually be around 20% plus any locally payable duties imposed.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY If you wish to return a non-sale item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/or the item being signed for, and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number. Please email us at sales@futureclassicsfashion.com to obtain your authorisation number.Please note SALE items are non refundable, but can be exchanged for a store credit note -see below.
The item you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please enclose the original receipt for your order/or copy of, and write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt and parcel. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number may not be accepted. Returns received after the 7 days time frame are accepted sole at the discretion of FUTURE CLASSICS©. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
It is advisable to send returned items by recognised carrier or registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.
For international returns, please ensure returned goods are marked 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid further taxation. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being made liable for any import duties or taxes wrongly charged to FUTURE CLASSICS©, which will then be deducted from any return.
SALE ITEMS Sale items are restricted and can only be exchanged or returned for credit note. By purchasing a sale item, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Other rights are unaffected, and other terms and conditions apply as above.
EXCHANGES FUTURE CLASSICS© can exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less shipping charges, and any taxes and duties.
CREDIT NOTES Please note credit notes can only be used where the total cart value is equal to or exceeds the value of the credit note.Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
